comfortable stay with great views

The chalet was cozy with plenty of natural light. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the tranquil marshlands, perfect for morning coffee. The cleanliness was commendable, and the hot tub added a nice touch to our stay. The garden view was refreshing and calming.

The shower water temperature was a bit tricky to manage.

The location was lovely and stunning, close to all the main attractions & restaurants in Knysna, and all major shops.

we stayed in the chalet, it was brand-new and the bed was lovely. the room had a fairly clean bathroom and a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. the hotel was placed in the very central location where to go when we drove in as the reception is on a hill area.

The stunning views of the lagoon from our chalet were amazing, and witnessing the beautiful sunsets each evening made our stay magical.

Good location overlooking the whole of the lagoon, but you will need to use the car to get into town. Log cabin style lodges are fun, but could be either too hot in Summer or too cold in Winter - just right in Spring and Autumn!

Positive, The cabin was cozy with plenty of windows, nice for great natural light. We loved the balcony view of the marshlands and lagoon. The cleanliness was on point, and the strong Wi-Fi made it easy to catch up online. Plus, the swimming pool was a nice touch 😊

Stayed in Unit 1. Unfortunately the room smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke. We went out to purchase air freshner it was so bad. Floor was just mopped and was still wet. Ants in the kettle and kitchen

The toilet felt cramped for larger individuals!!! A generator is a must-have during loadshedding situations!!! It's odd that some amenities, like geyser controls, felt mistrusted and led to awkwardness!!!

We arrived after hours and the staff were kind enough to ensure that adequate arrangements had been made for our late arrival. The house, my friends and I shared, was beautiful and we immediately felt at home. The facilities were excellent and it was a pity that we only stayed overnight there.

The atmosphere was great, the view spectacular and everything clean and comfortable. Thank you very much.
